Summary: Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a focus on frontline, tactical problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• 1 years of shop floor Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting (candidates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Experience in root cause analysis, mistake-proofing, and 8D

• Proven background in problem investigation analysis

• Comfortable working on the factory floor for 80% of the time

Responsibilities:

• Regularly walk the production floor, working closely with operators, technicians, inspectors, and auditors

• Proactively identify and rectify problems on the production floor

• Act as an instant response team for the shop floor

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
